ROCCO PEZZANO

Rocco Pezzano laid down his roots in Arizona in 1984. Hailing from the Calabria region of South Italy, he learned the art of cooking and his appreication for it at a young age. With his first job at a bakery, and second in a pizza shop. Rocco decided to venture to Arizona with his brother. Opening a slew of restaurants throughout the valley since his arrival, restaurants are in his blood.

Italian Roots, Local Ties.
Rocco and his wife Zoritza raised their two children Arianna and Marco right here in Desert Ridge. 20 Years later, the father-son team of Rocco and Marco Pezzano seamlessly combine Italian tradition with modern flair. Always by each other’s side, it’s their shared love for food and family that create the unforgettable dining experiences that we’re known for.
We make everything here from scratch, because we believe in creating an experience for our guests similar to the ones that inspire our cooking and recipes, from Rocco’s Italian roots. We use local purveyors when possible to hand curate in-season vegetables and artisanal food products, further supporting our local food communties.
Whether you’re craving a flaky delicious wood-fired pizza, handmade pasta, or Tiramisu just like your Italian grandmother used to make — we are here cooking up Italian favorites in our open kitchen and delivering them straight to you from one family, to another.
